These Whisky Barrel Oak chips are made from authentic oak casks used to age Scottish whisky. Steeped in wonderful whisky for up to 30 years the barrels are replaced & repurposed into these highly aromatic smoking chips combining the strong rich smoky flavour of oak with a heady infusion of whisky. Perfect with red meats fish vegetables & salmon for a robust smoky flavour. Packaging in 500g weights with enough chips for around 4 to 5 smokes these chips are 5 to 10mm in size perfect for all hot smoking projects. Store in a cool dry place & re-seal the bags to retain the whisky flavour.
